There were seasons of my life that were compelled by a spirit of fear, and I certainly understand the confusion that sets in when the world leaves you feeling powerless, loveless, or without a sound mind. I consider it a privilege to be invited into your life at this time when you’ve become empowered to seek mental health wellness for yourself and in your relationships. My counseling approach is conducted through a Christian lens and is guided by the integration of counseling approaches such as person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. You can be assured that your own worldview lens is a vital part of the counseling process and will be valued as an intricate part of our therapeutic relationship, and of your personal healing process. I am looking forward to developing a professional relationship that can be a sense of support, guidance, clarification, and hope for you.

I specialize in exploring pre-marital and marital relationships and communication wellness with women and with couples. I also work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, adjustment to life issues, substance use, and more. Many clients seek to integrate faith into therapy and one of my specialties and passions is Christian Counseling.

I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, LAPC, in the state of Georgia. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University (Kennesaw, Ga.) and a Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University (Lynchburg, Va.). I am currently pursuing my PhD in Developmental Psychology. I have worked to establish and lead Christ-centered recovery groups in Church settings, I am a certified Symbis facilitator for couples, and I am certified by the American Association of Christian Counselors as a Professional Life Coach.
