Adolescent Survivor’s Group – Girls (14 – 16)
Adolescence is a tough time, and it’s even more challenging for those who have experienced trauma.
The purpose of this group is to help adolescents recover from traumatic experiences. The group helps you understand that they are not alone. Most importantly, it gives you skills to manage the trauma and overcome it.
This groups offers a place where you can feel safe and secure. A place where you will not be judged but loved and accepted.
Let us help you regain what was taken from you – your dignity and joy.
We can’t fix it or change what happened. But, we can help you learn to overcome and discover just how special you are.
This program is for adolescents between the ages of 14-16, currently involved in individual therapy, and not actively psychotic, suicidal, or substance abusing.
It is a closed group, limited to four participants and lasts 8 weeks. A prescreening will take place prior to the group starting. Groups will start when we have four registered participants. If interested, please contact us at (770) 334-2493 and experience the healing hands of a closed group.
This is a cash only group, cost is $25.00 per session.
